Finding Your Compelling Purpose: In this one day workshop teens are empowered as they get to the heart of where they want to focus their attention by exploring the intersection of what they care about, what their strengths are, and the need they care most about in their world.
Connecting with Your Leader Within In Service of Your Compelling Purpose: In this two-day workshop teens find their compelling purpose and then connect to their Leader Within through coaching and experiential activities to find their inner strengths and character that make them the unique and empowered individuals they are. In this experience teens recognize their value and are inspired to be involved in using their best selves in service of what they care most about.
Using Dimensional Leadership to Act as a Leader Today: In this two day experience, teens learn to act from any position in a situation. Whether they are in front, on the side, in the back, or observing from the field, dimensional leaders are empowered with choices to make a difference. They are not sidelined, they are inspired to lead with range, creativity, and power.
Experiential leadership development at the client's site consisting of three or four full-day workshops. Individual and group coaching are available for an additional six months to provide continued guidance as participants apply real-world leadership and service to a community of their choice.

Partner with Volare to work with your organization for a period of several months where we collaborate to custom design the experience to serve your teens and the adults who work with them to develop their compelling purpose and dimensional leadership. We provide a mix of experiential programs, professional development, coaching, and curriculum design to create the citizens, culture, and community that your group is longing for.
A 3-day/2-night leadership development immersion experience. Youth groups engage in customized Volare leadership learning and develop action plans for practicing new ways to make a positive difference in a community they are committed to serving. Individual and group coaching for six months provide continued exploration and guidance to young leaders applying new practices and impacting what matters most to them.
